Generational Shifts Reshape Europe’s €361.2bn Foodservice Market
According to Circana’s latest report, Europe’s foodservice market was worth €361.2 billion in the year through June 2026, but relatively stable headline figures mask significant differences in how generations use the channel.
The report showed that in Europe’s five largest foodservice markets (Great Britain, Germany, France, Spain and Italy) spending rose 1.4% in the year ending June 2026, while visits fell 0.7%. Average spending per consumer increased 2.1%.
