ANALYSIS: The US Imported 11.6% More Boneless Beef in 2025 YOY
In 2025, the United States imported a total of 815,116 metric tons (mt) of boneless beef, marking an increase of 85,025 mt (+11.6%) compared to 2024. Despite widespread tariff uncertainty throughout much of the year, imports still climbed to record-high levels, underscoring the structural tightness in the US beef supply.
