ANALYSIS: July Cold Storage Report Highlights Divergent Trends Across the Chicken Complex
Overall cold storage of chicken in July rose 2.8% year-over-year (YOY), narrowing the gap with the 5-year average. Much of the increase was tied to thigh meat, breasts and breast meat, and wings, though each for different reasons.
