ANALYSIS: January's Cold Storage Report Reveals Shrinking Turkey Supplies Amid Decreased Production
January's cold storage report further highlights several of the trends that have been discussed in the turkey market for several months now. Overall, there's less turkey in the freezer than there was a year ago. Additionally, month-over-month (MoM) changes in inventory, while generally seasonal, reflect a decreased amount of production available for storage.
