Bone Fragments Lead to USDA Health Alert for Wegmans Chicken Nugget Product
The USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has issued a public health alert for frozen, fully cooked breaded chicken breast nuggets, following concerns that they may contain bone fragments.
No recall has been issued, as these products are no longer available for purchase.
The issue was identified after Wegmans received multiple customer complaints.
