ANALYSIS: November Turkey Cold Storage Indicative of Demand Patterns
In comparison to market pricing, November’s cold storage report may seem contradictory in a couple of instances. However, upon closer inspection, it’s actually very indicative of the state of the market.
The total month-over-month (MoM) change was slightly less dramatic than the 5-year average, with a 34.1% decrease from this past October to November.
