ANALYSIS: US Boneless Beef Imports Double Year-over-Year for November
According to the US Food Safety and Inspection Service’s Meat Passed for Entry report, 77,719 MT of boneless trimmings were accepted into the US. This represents a 32.17% increase compared to October, reflecting the typical seasonal rise seen toward the end of the year. However, this year's increase came earlier than usual, as the volume of boneless trimmings typically peaks in December. Year-over-year, this marks a 106.42% change for November.
