China’s total meat imports, including variety meats rebounded to 580,619 metric tonnes (mt) in November 2024, ending a 15-month year-over-year decline streak, according to the latest preliminary data from the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China.
Imports were higher by 8.6% or 23,619 mt month-on-month (m-o-m) ahead of the winter peak season.
