Doug Rauch worked at Trader Joe’s for 31 years, during the last 14 acting as the business’s President. He helped grow the grocery chain from nine stores in Southern California to a nationally acclaimed juggernaut with more than 340 stores in 30 states. Today, Trader Joe’s has over 500 stores in the U.S., and a highly recognizable brand known for its innovation and private-label products that are popular with younger demographics.
