Lee Costlow, Poultry Industry Icon, Passes Away
Lee “Popee” Costlow, poultry industry icon, has passed away at the age of 67 after a hard-fought battle with COPD. Lee forged a career in the poultry industry in the 1970s. He was a savvy business man, and well known for his accomplishments and the legacy he built.
Lee worked in several different positions over his career with companies including Conagra Poultry, Southland Broilers, Wayne Farms, Lawrence Wholesale, and Feather Fresh. In the last 25 years, Lee founded several poultry marketing companies, made even more special by the inclusion of his family members in the businesses.
