The holiday season is here, and 4 out of 5 (84%) onsite workers at stores, warehouses, factories, call centers, and transit hubs anticipate working overtime this holiday season, according to a recent survey by ezCater. The National Retail Federation expects retailers will hire between 450,000 and 600,000 seasonal workers in 2022.
